CAUTION: Important Warnings Before Use
1. Be sure to follow the enclosed assembly instructions for securing the front cross member to the main seat frame. Requires assembly with two bolts and nuts (wrenches included).
2. Always be sure all machine bolts are tight and correctly assembled before using the gym.
3. Do not allow minors near the gym while it is in use, or when it is set up for use.
4. Minors should always be kept under proper supervision when using this product.
5. Anyone using this product must be sure to read and understand the set up and operation of the gym as described on the enclosed workout chart.
6. Follow the “key instructions” for Lower Body exercises closely, as good form and adequate resistance are important for safe execution of this exercise. Practice your form!
7. ALWAYS consult your physician before beginning this, or any other physical exercise program. The information we provide is only a guideline. Only your doctor can tell you how much you can exercise, and what type of exercise is right for you.

LIMITED WARRANTY INFORMATION
1. James Design Co., Inc. will repair or replace any defective part which is a result of a manufacturing defect, for up to five years from the original date of purchase. This warranty is not transferable and applies only in favor of the original purchaser. Warranty does not cover resistance bands and components subject to wear due to normal usage.
2. James Design Co., Inc. shall not be liable for injuries to person or property as a result of improper use of this FreeForm product or through failure to abide by the warnings above.>
3. James Design Co., Inc. reserves the right to modify the design of this FreeForm product.
