It means you can change resistance while not moving out of any exercise position. At your fingertips, just select the bands you wish to engage for the set and rep you are performing. The gym is designed for life in an average home use environment. The rubber resistance bands must not be stored in cold temperatures (below 40 F), as this can cause premature failure. Band life is dependant upon usage. Testing has shown that the average person could use one set of bands for up to ten years, while this is clearly not the case if the gym were utilized in a workout facility by many different people daily.
